Cancellation, Date Change & Refund Policy

By registering for the Advanced Course in Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Fillers, led by Dr. Trini Vega in collaboration with Atlantis University, you are reserving a secure spot in a class with limited availability. For this reason, all registrations are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Requests for Cancellation or Date Change

f you are unable to attend the course on the scheduled date, you may request a credit to attend a future class, under the following conditions:

  • 30 or more days prior to the event:
    You may submit a formal written request to info.biotechwellness@gmail.com. A $250 USD administrative fee will be charged, and the remaining balance will be credited for future use. This credit will remain valid for 12 months from the date of the original class. After this period, it will expire automatically.

  • Between 30 and 15 days before the event:
    You may request a date change with a $500 USD penalty. The remaining balance will be issued as a credit, valid for 12 months. After this time, the credit will automatically expire.

  • Less than 15 days before the event or No Show:
    No credit or refund will be issued. A 100% penalty applies.

Force Majeure Cases

If your cancellation is due to a force majeure situation, you must email info.biotechwellness@gmail.com with supporting documentation. The case will be reviewed by our legal department. If approved, you will receive a 50% credit, valid for 12 months. This policy applies regardless of COVID-19, except where local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Rebooking Fee

If your request for a new course date is approved, a non-refundable rebooking fee of $500 USD must be paid to secure your spot in a future session.

Important: By registering for any of our classes, events, or trainings, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
